The Think Tank

After speaking with a resident, the other day, it got me thinking about a Residents Idea Think Tank, either online or written. Residents can put forward an idea that benefits the residents of the city and if their idea is progressed then they receive an invitation to attend a Resident Think Tank Idea luncheon annually. This would be a good way to get residents activated and getting involved in their community. What do you think?
